The Office of Academic Affairs (OAA) in the UC Riverside School of Medicine assists in the recruitment, appointment, promotion and retention of faculty members. The office works in partnership with the UC Office of Academic Affairs, the UCR Office of Academic Personnel, and UCR School of Medicine administration. Under the guidance of Associate Dean of Academic Affairs Iryna Ethell, Ph.D., the OAA is located at the UC Intellicenter Building.
